Online Casino Slot Machine

How to Clock a Slot Machine

CasinoIn order to be able to calculate if a particular machine has a positive expectation of winning the jackpot, you must know the exact number of each symbol on each reel. By this, I mean how many Cherries, Oranges, Plums, Bars, Bells, etc. You don’t have to know the exact order of the symbols as they appear on the reel, only the number.
About the only way you can accomplish this is to actually play the machine and gradually determine the content of the reels from the symbols you see in the window. When doing this, it is important to try to record as many symbols as possible. You can usually see at least five symbols (or Stops) on each reel on most Online Casino slot machines . Besides the three symbols displayed in the window for each reel, you should be able to see the symbols just below them and at least one other symbol above these three symbols in the window. This only holds true for the regular mechanical slot machines. The new video electronic-type machines are not recommended for play because you can not “clock’ them. These machines only display three symbols at a time in the video window on the front.

Procedure used to “Clock” a machine:

(1) Take paper and pencil with you into the casino. (A small pad or notebook is O.K.)
(2) Look for a desirably high jackpot, preferably on a Single Progressive Three Reel Slot Machine of the coin denomination you wish to play. (5c, 10c, 25, 50 or $1.00)
(3) Proceed to insert one coin at a time for each pull of the handle in order to determine the composition of the symbols on the reels. In a game you should be able to recreate a complete reel in about 100 to 150 consecutive pulls of the handle the game.
(4) You record every different sequence of symbols you see for each reel with each pull. Each pattern of symbols that appears and has not been previously sighted must be recorded. For example, the sequences are recorded like SO:
Anytime you see a duplicate sequence on any reel from one you had previously recorded, you do not have to record it again. You’re only looking for patterns not previously seen.
(5) After 100 pulls, determine if you have recreated an equal number of sequences for each reel. This is important! Each reel has the same number of symbols, so each reel must have the same number of sequences. The moral is to consider all factors when selecting a casino game like Chemin de Fer . For example, suppose you recreated 25 different sequences for reel-1 and reel-2 and only 24 different sequences for reel-3. This tells you that you must have missed a sequence on reel-3 or you still have not recorded it.
(6) Once you are positive that you have recorded all of the possible different sequences on each reel, you are ready to calculate the composition of the reels.
(7) Count the number of each Casino different symbol on a reel by counting the total number of that symbol in all of the different sequences you have recorded. For example, you counted 24 Cherries, 18 bars, 36 Oranges, 36 Plums, 12 Bells, and 6 Sevens.
(8) Now divide the total number of each symbol you counted in Step-7 by the total number of symbols on the machine. For example, if the machine you are playing contains Sevens, Bars, Bells, Plums, Oranges, and Cherries, there are six symbols. Divide 6 into the figures of Step-7. (24 Cherries divided by 6 equals 4). There are 4 Cherries on Reel-1. 36 Oranges divided by 6 equals 6. There are 6 Oranges on Reel-1. Do this for each symbol.
(9) You can now recreate the composition of each reel from these calculations.
(10) You are now ready to calculate the payback percentage of the different machine games. To do this you must first “Clock” the machine to determine the make-up of each reel as described above and you must know the payoff schedule for the machine. Each machine has its own payoff schedule listed on the front of the machine.

If you are playing this system in Europe at a French roulette wheel, you have to be exceptionally careful because most players use the same type of chip on French wheels.
