To settle a few arguments and controversies on how bad it is to make a bet in the Field. How to Play?

These are the best bets for a player to make in any crap game. There are 22 bets in the layout that average from 4 percent to 16% percent against the bettor and where the percentage is less than 3 percent in the field where it states 2 to I on aces and 3 to I on sixes. A player would be better off percentage wise playing the field.

The field actually is a much better bet than the big 6 or 8 where the player gives up 9 cents on every dollar he bets, the seven where be gives up 16% cents on every dollar bet and all the hard ways and craps and eleven where he gives up from 9 cents to 14 cents on every dollar bet.
It is about time that the “smart” players that place the 4-5-9-10 or buy the 4 and 10 are smartened up to the fact that they are not making such good bets as they are told or believe. They would be better off playing and gamble in the field where the payoff is 2 to 1 on aces and 3 to 1 on sixes. There are hundreds of layouts like this in the state of Nevada.
